UPDATE 8/30/2026 A second delicious, fresh, and healthy meal, with excellent service and high quality Indian food! I will return many times. Thank you Saindra and Gill. Wow. This was AWESOME. The Farmers Indian Restaurant is a five star, classy atmosphere, with excellent quality food and friendly authentic service. I will eat here more times and try many other items on their menu. Saindra was my server and she was excellent and knowledgeable and answered my questions accurately. Gill was the man who greeted me and brought me to my table with a smile and friendly demeanor. I had the Mango Lassi for a delicious drink, and my entree was Aloo Gobhi (potatoes and cauliflower cooked with fresh spices) served with special rice. A little spicy for me but absolutely delicious flavor and quality. I also ordered Vegetable Biryani (special basmati rice, cooked with select spices, herbs, and nuts, and fresh vegetables, saffron flavor) to bring home. The serving size was plenty to finish in one sitting, but enough to eat half and bring the rest home. I am all around impressed with this restaurant and look forward to my next visit. I forgot to mention they have and all you can eat buffet also.

I had a wonderful experience at Farmers Indian Restaurant! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The honey cauliflower was perfectly crispy with a delicious sweet and savory glaze. The paneer chilli had just the right amount of spice, and the paneer was soft and tender. The veg samosas were crispy on the outside with a perfectly seasoned filling. To top it all off, the mango lassi was rich, creamy, and refreshing , the perfect complement to the meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and the welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. I highly recommend Farmers Indian Restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, delicious Indian food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I haven't had Indian food this good since I left Philly 25 years ago! I have been eating Indian food since I was in middle school, 198?. My friend went to a place of worship that made Indian food every Sunday, so we understands what good food tastes like. We grew to love it so much, we'd often frequent our favorite restaurants, New Delhi, in Philadelphia. But I haven't not had food that good in decades! Until today, when we ate at The Farmers Indian Restaurant! I have to also mention that service was AMAZING! The chef came out the kitchen to check on our experience and he was so kind. Sainder our server was so sweet and attentive. THE FOOD...The chutnes were delicious, the samosas were seasoned to perfection! And the Tandor chicken brought tears to my eyes! The eggplant yummy and the komra chicken excellent! I've been to quite a few Indian restaurants around Raleigh, but The Farmers Indian Restaurant, is by far the best! 20/20! **Update... Visit # 2 the buffet was not as good as the food items we had ordered off the menu. Despite the not so good buffet, I will still go a third time, eating only off the menu.

Wanted to try some good Indian food, so we decided to check out this place today — and we had a really good experience! The restaurant interior looked very modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. The waiter was patient, friendly, and made us feel welcomed throughout the visit. We ordered an appetizer, two curries, and two different types of naan, and everything was really delicious and flavorful. I wanted to customize the pepper chicken, and they were very accommodating with the request, which we really appreciated. We also tried the chai — it tasted good, though it was a little watery for our preference. We asked for curd as well, and it tasted fresh. Overall, we had a great experience. This seems like a great place for team outings, family dinners, or celebrations. The only downside was that the mall area outside felt a bit deserted and slightly scary, especially at night — but we had absolutely no issues with the restaurant itself.

We had a wonderful experience at Farmer’s Indian Restaurant in RTP. The chef’s warmth and hospitality really stood out and made the meal even more enjoyable. The portion sizes were generous, the taste was excellent, and everything felt freshly prepared. The kulcha was especially great soft, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Overall, a very satisfying meal and we’ll definitely be coming back!
